This document is a register/guestbook page. Using a form and a CGI script, this page allows users to leave contact information and comments about the site. As a registration mechanism, it's a great way to collect names and addresses of people interested in a similar topic or hobby, or a new product that you are about to release.

The below form requires a CGI script on the server side to run. Without a script, it will not function.
